Delivery is free within the UK.
We will send any number of items totally free of charge in the UK.
A 24-Hour Delivery Service is used for all orders.
All canvases are sent out on a 24-hour delivery service via Parcel force or Courier.
As we use a third party delivery service we cannot guarantee delivery next day but the success rate exceeds 99%.
We start to process your order quickly. Your item is prepared, printed, dried, finished, then passed for checking and dispatch. Some pieces take longer than others. We cannot therefore have a strict deadline because of printing matter processes. Getting your order in asap will secure an early dispatch. For example, most orders received by 12:30pm Mon-Thur and (10am Friday) are dispatched that day. Please allow up to two clear working days, especially at busy times.
NB: If you receive your 'processing' email by around 12:30 it is highly likely to be dispatched that day for delivery next working day.
Any changes to these deadlines are at the bottom of this page in red - no notes means everything is as stated here.
Accepting Delivery - Important:
If the item is delivered to you damaged in transit DO NOT accept delivery. Instead, refuse this and they will return it to us. Let us know you have done this. We will then be able to see immediately why you did not accept this. If you accept delivery then you are accepting that this is delivered to you securely in acceptable packaging, undamaged, and a return for delivery damage cannot then be considered.
Northern Ireland, Channel islands, The Islands & Highlands
Highlands & Islands - In certain areas delivery can take a day or two longer to deliver: e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands etc.
Channel Islands - We are unable to send items over a total of 45" - Please select art up 45" in longest lengt.
An email will confirm when despatch has taken place so you will know when to expect delivery.

At really busy times orders may take a few hours longer to clear and this may mean that they are despatched the next working day. A large number of orders received over the weekend to Monday mean that sometimes a small percentage of our orders may not make a Monday despatch and are despatched Tuesday.
Read all emails that we send you - they include tracking and other important information.
Check these emails for errors - i.e. wrong item / address etc. Email us immediately.
Remember, orders may be shipped within hours - so act quickly. Tracking info is sent.
Your order requires a signature. We tell you when to expect delivery and ask you to be home for it.
If you miss your delivery when they call because you are not in the driver may leave you a card. You can call the number and arrange for re-delivery of this item. You should do this immediately. They may allow you to collect this item (some services will allow this, others will not). Some areas make arrangements for you to collect from your post office too. Name and ID will be required. There is no obligation on the part of the carrier to fulfil your demands as a recipient - delivery is a 24 hour service, it is 99% reliable, full info regarding delivery is given by us in advance and it is your responsibility as the recipient to be available to receive delivery. Attempted redelivery without prior arrangements may also be made.
If you miss a further redelivery attempt, either by arrangement or not, the service will ultimately return the item to us. There is no obligation on the part of the delivery service to make continued efforts, so it is important to try to arrange this and stick to the agreed redelivery date.
IN ALL CASES: If you have not received delivery of your order within 3 'working' days... something is wrong... so email us asap. Remember, your tracking info is sent to you for a reason... allowing you to keep track of this online at any time.
Items Returned to us:
Where an item is returned to us for any reason, a refund of your order will be made, less an admin fee of £8.99 towards our costs of processing, packaging and delivery, which in fact, exceed this value.
If you would then like the item re-sent a redelivery fee will be charged prior to re-dispatch - we will try to be considerate with these costs wherever possible, and will always try to accommodate you. However, we can not redeliver without a redelivery charge being applied.
We are not obligated to try to redeliver and may simply make a refund of a returned order, less initial delivery costs outlined above. It is rare we would do this but we do maintain the right.
We would like to guarantee delivery dates but unfortunately we can't. The service is 99.9% next working day, but as we use a third party delivery service it would be unfair of us to make a guarantee that we are not in control of.
