The free delivery service is the recommended service as it usually takes only one day longer to get to you and represents much better value over all.  The Express service is a 24 hour service, the free service is a 48 hour service.  We usually use Royal Mail delivery services

Dispatch:  Deadline 1pm Monday to Friday
We start to process your order quickly.  Your item is prepared, printed, dried, finished, then passed for checking and dispatch. Some pieces take longer than others.  We cannot therefore have a strict deadline because of printing matter processes. Getting your order in asap will secure an early dispatch. 
Weekend:   Orders received Friday afternoon to Sunday are despatched on Monday.
As we use a third party delivery service we cannot guarantee exact delivery day although the above applies in over 95% of cases with a small number being slightly faster or up to a day longer.


The Small Print
Accepting Delivery - Important:
If the item is delivered to you damaged in transit DO NOT accept delivery.  Instead, refuse this and they will return it to us. Let us know you have done this. We will then be able to see immediately why you did not accept this.  If you accept delivery then you are accepting that this is delivered to you securely in acceptable packaging, undamaged, and a return for delivery damage cannot then be considered.

Northern Ireland, Channel islands, The Islands & Highlands
Highlands & Islands - In certain areas delivery can take two days longer to deliver: e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands etc.
Channel Islands - We are unable to send items over a total of 45" - Please select art up 45" in longest length.

An email will confirm when despatch has taken place so you will know when to expect delivery.

Busy Times:
At really busy times orders may take a few hours longer to clear and this may mean that they are despatched the next working day.  A large number of orders received over the weekend to Monday mean that sometimes a small percentage of our orders may not make a Monday despatch and are despatched Tuesday.  It is rare but it can happen.
Missed Delivery:
Read all emails that we send you - they include tracking and other important information. Tracking info is sent and expected delivery is usually visible on the tracking details.  We ask you to be vigilant for delivery as this may require a signature.   You can check the status of delivery using the tracking info sent online on the website.  
If you miss your delivery when they call because you are not in the driver may leave you a card.  You can call the number and arrange for re-delivery of this item.  You should do this immediately.  They may allow you to collect this item (some services will allow this, others will not). Some area drivers may leave this at the local post office for you to collect from there.  We have no control over these decisions - but they do their best to get your item to you as soon as possible. Name and ID is required for collection. There is no obligation on the part of the carrier to fulfil your demands as a recipient - delivery is a 24 or 48 hour service, it is 99% reliable. Full info regarding delivery is given by us in advance and it is your responsibility as the recipient to be available to receive delivery. Attempted redelivery without prior arrangements may also be made.  You can connect with Royal Mail, Courier or Parcelforce regarding your delivery both online and via telephone numbers.  See their website if necessary.

If you miss a further redelivery attempt, either by arrangement or not, the service will ultimately return the item to us.  Drivers are not obligated to make continued efforts, so it is important to be in for redelivery.  

IN ALL CASES: If you have not received delivery of your order within 3 'working' days after despatch... something may be  is wrong... 1.  First, check online with the info we have given to you via email, and then, 2.  If tracking info is not showing on the website, contact us.  If info is showing, please follow the onscreen instructions to arrange delivery - we cannot, at that stage, do this for you.

Undelivered Items Returned to us:
Where an item is returned undelivered to us for any reason, a refund of your order will be made, less an admin fee of £8.99 towards our costs of processing, packaging and delivery, which in fact, exceed this value.  The remainder of your order will be refunded.  If you would then like the item re-sent you would need to re-order online.

Delivery Guarantee:
We would like to guarantee delivery dates but unfortunately we can't.  The service is 99.9% 48-hour or Next Working Day if this option is selected.  As we use a third party delivery service it would be unfair of us to make a guarantee of which we are not in control.   The next working day option provides a priority service and a next day 'service' is used. Beyond this we cannot guarantee delivery, we can only apply the selected service and in most cases, this is sufficient. In December all services can take at least a day longer and this should be considered. 

Additional Delivery Notes (if any):
Between 17th to 29th June there are a lot of changes taking place and this involves some premises movement etc and therefore the Next Day service is not available and orders may take a little longer to process (by hours only).  However, anyone paying for Next Day service will be put to the front of the queue and processed as a priority - therefore same day despatch is still highly likely.
